When will my order ship?

Domestic US shipping will take approximately 2-5 business days. International shipping may take up to 10 business days.

Are returns free?
There is no restocking fee, however you will need to cover the shipping fee back to our warehouse.

how do i care for my jewelry?
Make sure to remove jewelry before showers, workouts, or swimming. Avoid contact with anything containing derivatives of alcohol.
What if I have a damaged item?
If your item damages within 60 days of receiving, we will replace it for free! Simply contact info@shopcitizenofheaven.com with your order number and details.
